Returns Policy

If the product you received is defective, not suitable or you simply changed your mind, you have the right to return the whole order or part of it, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

1. Withdrawal

In case you exercise the right of withdrawal, the basic condition is that the product(s) be returned within 14 days, from the day of notification of withdrawal. The products must be accompanied by their original packaging, in excellent condition, without damage, complete and with the relevant documents. All footwear must be tested on carpet to avoid wear and tear.

In case of replacement: voiceshop.gr will do its best to replace the returned product either because the size is not suitable or because you want another product or because the product is defective.

In case of a refund: The refund will be completed within 14 calendar days from the date of the announcement of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In any case, voiceshop.gr has the right to refund the money, after receiving the products and checking their condition.

Shipping costs in case of return

In the event of a defective product, the cost of return shipping is borne by the voiceshop.gr store.

In cases of withdrawal, improper size or replacement, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

2. Cancellation of Order

It is possible to cancel your order before its completion (email sent from the voiceshop.gr store). Cancellation is possible by sending an email to our email address [email protected] or by filling out the returns form or by calling 2262089552 9:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.
