Payment & Shipping Policy

1. Payment by cash on delivery method upon receipt of the order at your place.

Pay for your order upon delivery to your location. The cost of cash on delivery amounts to 2euro. The cash on delivery method is valid for all of Greece and for amounts up to €500.00 in cash. According to the applicable tax provisions, transactions exceeding the value of €500.00 for the sale of goods or the provision of services must be made exclusively using card or other electronic means of payment.

2. Pickup and payment in store.

As long as it is convenient for you to receive your order from our physical store (Dirkis 34 Thebes, 32200) you can pay the amount in cash for a net amount of up to €500.00 or with a debit/credit card regardless of the amount at the pos of our store. Accepted payment cards are: Visa, Debit or Master Card.

3. Payment by credit card

Payment of the order using a credit or debit card. In order to ensure the absolute security of electronic transactions through credit and debit cards, these are done through the security system of the National Bank. The processing of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy of voiceshop.gr.

Shipping

For product shipments, the shipping cost is €2.50. Orders are shipped from our store on the same day, as long as they are registered by 12:00 p.m. on a working day and there is no problem with availability or other reason for delay (e.g. .eg incomplete shipping or billing information, etc.). Once you have completed your order, you will be sent a confirmation email.

The delivery time of orders within Greece depends on the courier company and is usually 1-3 working days for major urban centers and 2-4 working days for the rest of Greece. The above delivery time does not apply during times of force majeure, such as severe weather conditions, strikes, holidays, etc.

In the event that a product is not immediately available or any of the necessary items are not at our disposal, you will be informed in good time of the estimated delivery time.
